The rates above are in US Dollars ($US) and they include all US taxes (the 7% Florida State Tax plus the 6% Tourist Tax)

Be assured that once we have agreed a rate with you it will be honoured

We accept payment in £ (UK), $ (US or CAN) or € (Euro) and will honour rates quoted at XE.com on the date of your reservation

subject to phone/email confirmation on that day from us and receipt and clearance of your deposit within 10 days of that confirmation

Enquires for long term winter rentals (Snowbirds) are available on request

A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% is required to secure dates

A security deposit of £100 is required for all rentals, but this will be refunded to you after your holiday is complete

subject to a satisfactory property inspection

The minimum rental for the "Sunset Palms" Davenport villa is 5 nights unless otherwise agreed by us in writing

Any stay of 6 nights or less will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of £45

No cleaning fee is payable for 7 nights or more

The rental price is shown in the table above. During the winter months of October to May inclusive

a small fee of £45 per week will cover Pool Heat but this can be declined if not required

We are happy to accept personal cheques in £ (UK) or $ (US)

You may also pay by Credit or Debit Card online using PayPal in either £ (UK), $ (US or CAN) or € (Euro)

There will be no surcharge for using PayPal for your deposit so you may use it to quickly secure the dates you require
