Please be assured that once we have agreed a rate with you it will be honoured
We accept payment in £ (UK), $ (US) or € (Euro) and will honour rates obtained via our currency converter
on the date of your reservation subject to phone/email confirmation on that day from us
Enquires for long term winter rentals (Snowbirds) are available on request
A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% will secure your dates
A security deposit of £200 is required for all rentals (£250 for 14+ days)
this will be refunded on your return subject to a satisfactory property inspection
The minimum rental period for this Sunset Palms Villa is 5 nights unless otherwise agreed by us
Stays of 7 nights or less will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of £59
No cleaning fee is payable for 8 nights or more
During the winter months of October to May we recommend you purchase pool heat
at a daily rate of £10 but you may decline this if not required
We are happy to accept Personal Cheques, National and International Bank Transfers
and on-line payments via PayPal (2½ fee applies), in £ (UK), $ (US) or € (Euro)
